Good Afternoon everyone,
After resisting for quite a while, I am finally jumping on the 300 BO bandwagon. I have a pistol build kit on the way with a 8.5" barrel.
What is a decent, cheap plinking bullet for this? Can the 150gr FMJBT be used? That would be great, since that is my go-to plinking bullet for my M1 Garand. No suppressors yet, so super/sub sonic doesn't matter.
Side note: I'm sure this has been rehashed a few times on the FB page, but I wanted to give this new forum some love...
The 150gr are really popular for the price in a 300blk.
Another awesome option is the 110gr Nosler Varmageddon. Super accurate, and just a little more in cost than the 150gr FMJ.

Those 150 gr fmjbt from Wes are great in the 300blk. I have both a 16" carbine and a 10.5" SBR and get great accuracy from that bullet using H-110 SR primers. Both are suppressed by the way.
